随着乡村“过疏化”蔓延,我国传统村落正在急剧消失。为应对这一危机,2012年国家启动了“中国传统村落”名录保护工程。黔东南作为我国传统村落分布最密集、保存最完整、最具民族特色的地区,虽然对加强传统村落保护传承已成共识,但在实现路径上地方政府与村民仍存分歧。黔东南传统村落保护开发利用,需要注意以下几点:一要尊重村民生产生活需求;二要尊重传统村落生成规律;三要保持传统村落的完整性;四要保持传统村落的真实性;五要保持传统村落的延续性;六要挖掘传统村落的典型性。同时,应积极落实国家项目;实行严格的保护措施;加强传统村落日常管理;着力改善生产生活条件;培育发展“农文旅”特色经济。  相似文献

Several studies have described and analyzed the development and diffusion of hate crime laws in the United States, but none specifically examined state-level differences in protected categories. Forty-five of the 50 states have a hate crime statute, but only 30 of those include sexual orientation. In this study the social construction framework is applied to the hate crime policy domain in order to determine whether or not variations in the social and political status of gays and lesbians are associated with the inclusion of sexual orientation in state hate crime laws. Content analysis of daily newspapers in six states revealed that a positive social construction is associated with groups seeking hate crime law protections, and that political influence may also be a key factor.  相似文献

Social governance innovation is a basic requirement of China's socialist construction, and an important guarantee that people can live and work in peace and enjoy long-term stability and order. Strengthening and innovating social governance has great significance for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, and this is where judicial justice plays a unique role at the level of government, society, and the individual. That is, judicial justice is the key to transforming governmental functions; the guarantee of a new-type social construction; and the guide to upgrading autonomy at the grass-roots level. To test the hypothesis that social engagement is a foundational aspect of other peer social competence indicators during early childhood, 160 Portuguese preschool children (“3‐year‐olds”) were observed at least in two different school years, using a battery of validated social competence assessments based on direct observations and child interviews. Multilevel growth models tested whether social engagement predicted initial values and linear changes in the other social competence indicators. Results were consistent with the hypothesis, insofar as both initial values and changes in social engagement significantly predicted initial values and changes in other social competence indicators. Additionally, the number of children's reciprocated friendships was also predicted by social engagement. These results are discussed from the perspectives of conceptual frameworks that consider individual differences in social competence during early childhood as a consequence of attachment histories and/or emotional competence.  相似文献

As the population of Chinese immigrants has been growing rapidly in the United States, it has been understudied on the parenting behaviours as well as the roles parental stress and social support playing in parenting in this group. This study investigated whether parental stress was associated with parenting and whether this relationship was mediated by social support in a sample of 255 Chinese immigrant parents from the Survey of Asian American Families in New York City. Regression analyses with a rich array of control variables found that a higher level of parental stress and the presence of one or more stressors such as unemployment, low income, and low education were positively associated with the use of harsh discipline and parent–child conflicts and negatively associated with positive parenting practices. Social support functioned as a significant mediator in the relationships between parental stress and positive parenting practices but not in the relationships of parental stress with parent–child conflict or the use of harsh discipline.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to examine social innovation in the field of youth employment. It addresses both the shortcomings of supply-side approaches that are balanced towards issues such as employability and the impact of key demand side issues including low pay and precarity. The empirical analysis is based upon interviews with young people in employment or training with social innovations as well as interviews with senior policymakers and practitioners whose remit covers these issues. The study concludes by reflecting upon how the conduct of employability can operate as an autoimmune function.  相似文献

思想政治教育学是一门指导人们形成正确思想行为的科学,它以人的思想行为形成变化的规律,以及实施思想政治教育的规律作为自己的研究对象。而伦理学的本质是关于道德问题的科学,是道德思想观点的系统化、理论化。虽作为两门不同的科学,有着各自的研究对象,但实际上二者存在着一定的学科交叉。其中一个很重要的共同点就是二者对于人的反身性具有重要的建构作用。追求自由而又全面的发展作为人的最本质需求,客观上要求人们对自我反身性进行建构,而这种建构需要科学知识的指引。这是思想政治教育学与伦理学的学术使命以及价值体现。文章就如何更好地发挥二者对于人的反身性的建构作用进行了论述。  相似文献

As digitalization binds society to an apparently perpetual acceleration, questions about the nature of time and speed have gained new urgency in the social sciences. Yet, theorizations of these issues have neglected their implications for social life and generations. Linking these lacunae, this article articulates how digital media and social networking sites (SNS) shape social life through cultural transformations in the generation. This article rationalizes predominant patterns of SNS user behaviors in the context of social theoretical and philosophical frameworks informed by Mannheim, Simmel, Adorno, Benjamin, Arendt, social presence, action, and acceleration theories to offer a relational reconceptualization of the generation as a set of social relations and processes for visualizing changing conceptions of time and speed in a digital (izing) modernity. This article introduces the concept of general and local generationing processes to articulate the processual nature of the generation and to assert that trends in SNS use and content production are underwritten by grammatical logics that collectively “flatten” separate traditional generations to form a cross-demographic and cross-temporal digital generation.  相似文献
